It is with immense pleasure that
I seize this opportunity to send my message to the
souvenir published by All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Qur-an
on the occasion of prize-giving on 07.08.2005.
I am delighted to see the steadfast
progress of this institution which has committed
itself to serving the Holy Qur-an and has been in
full swing conducting numerous programmes connected
with teaching and memorizing of Al-Qur-an.
The service of institutions of
this nature is extremely essential for the present
world that has lost the right path and been plunged
into darkness and is lacking human values. The teachers
who shoulder the burden of imparting Qur-anic knowledge
to the children and inculcating them with the teachings
and ethics of Islam, should play their vital role
effectively and efficiently in moulding the younger
generation well and grooming them to give able leadership
to the community.
As a responsible institution which
holds the future of a sizeable number of Muslim
children, All Ceylon Jamiyyathul Qur-an has to make
its objectives, plans and acts broad-based to live
up to the expectations of the community.
I pray to Almighty Allah for All
Ceylon Jamiyyathul Qur-an to be a beacon and radiate
for years and years.
